The course features an on-demand, expert led curriculum developed by the International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) Education Committee and accredited by Harvard Medical School, designed to prepare clinicians to safely and effectively navigate the opportunities and challenges of stem cell medicine, while prioritizing patient health and safety.
If you are interested in participating as an attendee, presenter, or moderator for this spring colloquium, please fill out this interest survey.
The course is structured into seven modules covering the breadth of the field from basic stem cell biology and preclinical research to clinical trials and ethical considerations surrounding unproven stem cell interventions. In addition, participants will attend three in-person meetings focused on discussion-based learning and guest lectures from experts in the field. These will take place at an orientation session, mid-point knowledge assessment, and culmination networking and discussion event.
The course is designed for learners from a wide range of backgrounds and professional roles. We welcome anyone interested in gaining trusted, evidence-based knowledge of stem cell medicine and connecting with others interested in the field.
